I had previously worked for a major bank, but the structure of the bank was altering, along with the role I had. I decided I needed a change from the large corporate environment, so handed in my notice. I started at Tariffcom on a temporary basis and almost 16 years on, the rest is history!

I carry out mobile and fixed line billing analysis, as well as processing Manageabill requests. I also problem solve queries and audit requests, when required.

Don’t spend too much time living in the past, accept that you can’t change everything and move on.
